Products and orders

Check the product description, available options, size information, quantity and delivery details before placing an order. Photographs are illustrative and colours can vary with screen settings. If we cannot fulfil an order, or identify an obvious pricing or description error before acceptance, we will contact you and arrange a refund where appropriate. We will not substitute an item or charge a higher amount without your agreement.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Singapore dollars (SGD). The checkout shows the amount payable, including shipping and any taxes or charges collected by us. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Product prices and availability may change for future purchases; later changes do not alter an accepted order.

Sale offers and discount codes

Our closing-sale campaign offers up to 70% off selected products. Check the individual product price and the discount shown at checkout. Discount codes and quantity offers are subject to their stated conditions and do not combine unless expressly permitted. The checkout confirms the applicable saving before payment.

Shipping

Shipping across Singapore is free. Orders are dispatched the next day. Dispatch is separate from arrival, which depends on the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for details and help with delivery issues.

Returns and cancellations

Our voluntary return window is 30 days after delivery, subject to the conditions in our Refund & Return Policy. Contact us promptly for a cancellation before dispatch. Your mandatory rights for faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.

Privacy and website use

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Please use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its security or other customers’ access. Our content may be viewed for personal shopping; commercial reuse requires permission.

Liability and consumer rights
