Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your MEI LIN SINGAPORE purchase. The voluntary return policy below does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law.

30-day returns

You may request a change-of-mind return within 30 days after delivery. Please use Contact Us with your order number, the item you wish to return and your reason. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address before you post it.

Condition of returned items

Items must be unused, clean, undamaged and in a resaleable condition, with their original tags, packaging and supplied accessories. Items clearly identified as Final Sale at the time of purchase are excluded from voluntary change-of-mind returns. A closing-sale discount alone does not make an item Final Sale. These conditions do not remove your rights if goods are faulty or do not match their description.

Return postage

You pay the direct cost of a change-of-mind return. We recommend a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage. Please contact us before sending anything; do not use an address printed on a parcel without checking with us.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will confirm the outcome and arrange any approved refund to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund. For a voluntary change-of-mind return, the refund covers the amount paid for the returned goods; return postage is not refunded.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Please use Contact Us if an item is faulty, arrives damaged, is incorrect or does not match its description. Include your order number and, where helpful, photographs. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy under applicable law, including repair, replacement or refund where required. Please contact us before paying return postage for such an item.

Cancelling an order

If you need to cancel, use Contact Us as soon as possible. We will try to stop an order before dispatch. Once it has been sent, it may need to be handled as a return.

Your legal rights

This voluntary policy is additional to mandatory rights that apply to your purchase. Any applicable statutory cancellation, refund or other consumer rights continue to apply and are not excluded by sale pricing or these conditions.
